Quick wins

£400–£900

Single-system fixes, lead-capture wiring, weekly reconciliation scripts. Usually ships within a week of agreed scope.

Bigger pieces

£900–£2,500

Multi-step workflows that touch several systems, custom dashboards, regular reporting. Ships in 1–3 weeks.

Upkeep

£50–£150/ month

A light retainer covering monitoring, small fixes, and a budget of changes. Or pay-per-fix at £50–£200 per incident when something breaks. Your choice.

Anything larger we quote per piece — usually broken into stages so you can stop at any point if it’s not paying off.

Pricing FAQ

About money, specifically.

Why two costs instead of one?

Because pretending an automation is one-and-done would be dishonest. APIs change, vendor logins expire, your business evolves. The script that worked in March often stops working in October because a vendor pushed a breaking change. Pricing upkeep separately means you see the full cost up front rather than getting a surprise invoice later.

Do I have to take the retainer?

No. Pay-per-fix is the default — you call us when something breaks, we quote the work. The retainer is for clients with several automations, or who want guaranteed monitoring + faster response when things break.

What's in the retainer?

Monitoring (we watch for failures and tell you before you notice), small fixes (anything under an hour, included), a budget of changes per month (typically 1–3 hours), and faster response (within one working day instead of two).

How do you charge for bigger work?

Per piece, broken into stages we quote separately. You can stop after any stage if it's not paying off. No surprise bills at the end of a long project.

Do you take payment up front?

50% on agreed scope, 50% on delivery. Bigger projects: a deposit per stage. UK invoicing, BACS or card.

Are there VAT considerations?

All prices on this page are quoted ex-VAT. We add VAT for UK clients where required.
